You should note the following requirements when preparing your application:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a local or international university in any discipline
Graduated in the preceding year (2018), graduated in current recruitment year (2019) or plans to graduate in 2020 and is available to work full-time
Above-average academic record as a measure of your dedication
Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships with additional experience as a strong advantage
Fluent English; other foreign languages are a plus

Now is the time to make the first impression. After you receive the invitation for the next selection step, you will be required to make a short video about yourself. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, tell us more about your motivation for applying and, finally, to ask us the right question. Successful candidates will be invited to a competency interview at the office. This is where you get to meet senior members of staff and show them what you’re made of and discuss the answer to the right question you've asked. You’ll also get to meet colleagues and get a feel for the place you’ll work. It will last 30 – 45 minutes and here are few tips & tricks to prepare:
