Aptitude tests

Next come our critical reasoning and personality tests. This part is important for your future Graduate trainee role because the nature of our work is constantly changing and the business environment requires you to act fast and continuously learn and grow. After filling in the test we'll soon let you know if you should prepare for what’s coming next.

Motivational video

Now is the time to make the first impression. After you receive the invitation for the next selection step, you will be required to make a short video about yourself. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, tell us more about your motivation for applying and, finally, to ask us the right question. We expect you to be creative, honest and above all- yourself.

Hiring Manager interview

Successful candidates will be invited to a competency interview at the office. This is where you get to meet senior members of staff and show them what you’re made of and discuss the answer to the right question you've asked. You’ll also get to meet colleagues and get a feel for the place you’ll work. It will last 30 – 45 minutes and here are few tips & tricks to prepare:

    Learn about the company
Think about your achievements and skills
    Prepare your answers
    Plan what to wear
Arrive a few minutes early; better than be late
Pay attention to your non-verbal communication
